Return Policy

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product in your order, we’re happy to refund it or provide a replacement within 30 days of the delivery date. For returns, a prepaid return label that covers the original shipping charge will be provided, and your refund will be issued as a credit via your original payment method once the product is received. Please allow additional time for your banking or financial institution to process your credit.

If for any other reason you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return any unused product with the original packaging within 14 days of receiving it. Contact us and we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label that covers the original shipping charge. A refund will be issued as a credit via your original payment method once the product is received.
